The CharlesTed Christmas Collection 2026 Is Here

New In · Christmas 2026

Burnished brass, soft velvet, the glow of a little snow covered village on the mantel. Our Christmas Collection for 2026 has arrived, and it is all about a festive home that feels collected rather than bought in a rush.

Every year we ask ourselves the same question before we choose a single bauble: what will still look beautiful in ten years? The answer shapes everything in the collection. Rather than chasing a colour trend that dates by January, we have gathered pieces with the patina, texture and warmth of decorations that get passed down. Antique brass and gold, deep berry and mocha velvets, natural rattan and linen, and greenery that looks freshly cut.

Here is a first look at what is new, and how we are styling it.

Antique brass and old gold

If there is one finish that defines the collection, it is antique brass. It has a softness that bright gold never quite manages, catching the light from a candle or a string of fairy lights without shouting. Our Antique Brass Hammered Christmas Bells come as a set of four, threaded on rope, and look as good hanging from a door handle as they do on the tree.

For the branches themselves, the Antique Brass Mirrored Christmas Stars and the Antique Brass Hanging Christmas Bows, tied on berry velvet ribbon, bring a quiet gleam. Add the Antique Gold Hanging Apples or their partners, the Antique Gold Hanging Pears, for a nod to the fruit and foliage of a traditional country Christmas.

Velvet, linen and natural texture

Texture is what turns a decorated room into a cosy one. This year we have leaned into rich, tactile fabrics in colours that sit happily alongside neutral interiors. The Burgundy Velvet Christmas Bow is the finishing touch for a wreath, a garland or the back of a dining chair, and it is the piece we keep reaching for in our own homes.

For softer schemes, the Linen Felt Bows look lovely tied along a staircase garland, while the Red Felt Bows bring a classic note to the tree. Under the branches, the Velvet Christmas Sack in Mocha, with its linen top and jute tie, is the kind of thing that comes out every Christmas Eve for years to come.

And to finish the tree properly, the Winterbourne Rattan Christmas Tree Skirt replaces the usual fabric skirt with woven grey rattan. It hides the stand neatly, gives the tree a sturdy, grounded look and suits a modern farmhouse room beautifully.

Greenery that looks freshly cut

A wreath on the front door is the first thing guests see, so it is worth getting right. Our Olive Leaf and Red Berry Wreath is a softer alternative to traditional spruce, with silvery olive leaves lifted by clusters of red berries. It works on a door, above a mantel or laid flat on the dining table around a cluster of candles.

For mantels, banisters and doorways, browse the full Garlands and Wreaths edit. Our tip: layer two garlands of different textures together for a fuller, more natural look, then tuck in a few velvet bows.

A little glow

Christmas lighting should feel like candlelight, never like a shop window. The LED White Christmas Village Scene is one of our favourite pieces this year: a row of snowy houses and frosted trees that glows softly on a windowsill or mantel. It is the decoration children (and grown ups) stop to look at.

Pair it with the Tree Candleholder and the Ceramic Christmas Tree, both available in two sizes, for a little festive forest on a console table or sideboard.

For the traditionalist

Some things should not change. Our Vintage Red Glass Baubles come as a set of twelve in their own divided storage box, so they are as easy to pack away in January as they are to hang in December. Mix them with the brass stars and bows for a tree that feels classic but considered.

How we are styling it this year

  • Pick one metal (antique brass) and repeat it across the tree, mantel and table so the room feels pulled together.
  • Use velvet bows to tie the whole scheme together: on the wreath, the garland and the dining chairs.
  • Swap a fabric tree skirt for woven rattan for a grounded, modern farmhouse finish.
  • Keep lighting warm and low, using candles and LED pieces rather than bright overhead light.

The full collection is live now, and our most popular pieces tend to sell through well before December, so if something catches your eye it is worth choosing early. In stock items are delivered within two working days, and our last order date for Christmas delivery is 21 December.
