General Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items to UK addresses within 1–3 working days. As a small independent business, some products are available on a pre-order basis — estimated lead times are shown on individual product pages.

Furniture and fragile items require specialist couriers and may take a little longer. During busy periods such as sales or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, we may consolidate your order into a single delivery where possible, unless you request otherwise.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to update your shipping address after dispatch, a courier administration fee applies:

Furniture Deliveries

All furniture is delivered by a specialist courier. You'll be contacted directly to arrange a convenient delivery date. While specific time slots cannot be guaranteed, the courier will provide an estimated arrival time on the day.

Before ordering, please ensure your item can be safely delivered — consider doorways, staircases, and access routes.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues, a restocking fee may apply and the original delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, an additional redelivery fee will also apply.

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Remote Postcodes

We do deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and remote UK postcodes — delivery costs are price on application and vary depending on the size, weight, and fragility of your order.

We can provide a quote prior to purchase on request, or our team will contact you after ordering to confirm the additional cost. If you choose not to proceed once the delivery cost has been confirmed, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Republic of Ireland customers: Please be aware that customs charges, import duties, and/or taxes may apply to your order upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our delivery price. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

International & Overseas Delivery

We currently deliver furniture within Mainland UK only. If you wish to arrange your own courier for overseas delivery, you're welcome to do so — however, once the item leaves our care, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.

Click & Collect is not currently available for furniture orders.
