General Dispatch
Anything showing as in stock is with you in around 2 working days. Pieces showing as available to order take approximately 14 working days, as we place them with our supplier once your order comes through.
Furniture travels on a specialist service and takes approximately 14 working days whether or not it is showing as in stock, because the timing is set by the delivery route rather than our warehouse. Fragile items can take a little longer depending on the courier route to you.
We are a small independent business, so not every piece is held in stock at all times. The lead time on each product page is always the one to go by.
During busy periods such as sales and promotions, dispatch can run slightly longer than usual. And in line with our commitment to sustainability, we may bring your order together into a single delivery where we can, unless you would rather we sent things separately.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched, our courier charges an administration fee to redirect it:

Furniture Deliveries
Every piece of furniture is delivered by a specialist courier at a flat £49.00 to mainland UK, arriving in approximately 14 working days. Exact timings shift a little by postcode.
The courier will contact you directly to agree a delivery date that suits you. Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed, but you will be given an estimated arrival time on the day itself. Delivery is to a downstairs room of your choosing.
Before you order, it is worth measuring doorways, staircases and access routes to be sure the piece can be brought in safely.
30-Day Returns
If a piece is not right for your home, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. There is no form to complete and no hoops to jump through, simply contact us and we will arrange it with you.
Items should come back unused and in their original packaging wherever possible. For furniture, please get in touch before the piece is assembled so we can arrange collection.
Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Remote Postcodes
We are happy to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and remote UK postcodes. Small and standard items to Northern Ireland are charged at a flat £14.95.
Furniture to Northern Ireland, all Republic of Ireland orders and remote-area deliveries are price on application, as the cost depends on the size, weight and fragility of what you have chosen. Allow up to 10 additional days on the usual timescales.
We can quote before you buy if you ask, or our team will be in touch after you order to confirm the cost. If you would rather not go ahead once you have seen it, your order is cancelled and refunded in full, with nothing to pay.
Collecting in Person
We do not currently offer Click & Collect on furniture orders. If collection would make things easier for you, get in touch and we will let you know whether it is possible for your particular order.
International & Overseas Delivery
Our furniture delivery service covers mainland UK only. You are very welcome to arrange your own courier for an overseas delivery, though once a piece leaves our care we are not able to take responsibility for any damage or loss in transit.
