Will it fit? At 183cm it covers most mantelpieces with room to drape loosely at each end. For a staircase or a long dining table, place two or more end to end for a longer, fuller run.

Three styles of evergreen sit side by side: short, soft fir tips, delicate cypress sprays and longer, more open pine. Mixing the shapes and textures gives the garland its loose, layered, just gathered look rather than the uniform feel of a single foliage.

The real touch finish gives every sprig a soft, natural feel and colour, so it holds up to a close look on the mantel or the table. There are no needles to drop and nothing to water.

When it arrives, gently tease out and separate the sprigs by hand to bring back its full shape after packing.

Dust with a soft dry cloth or a hairdryer on a cool setting. After Christmas, store it loosely coiled in a box, somewhere cool and dry, so it is ready for next year.

Please note: keep away from open flames and direct heat. If you style it with candles, keep them in holders well clear of the foliage, or use LED candles.

On the mantel: drape it full length and add candles at different heights for an easy, seriously effective festive centrepiece.
