The Evelyn Aged Oak Bedside Table
Aged oak in a soft, sandy tone with a rattan lattice drawer front, a small round gunmetal knob and an open shelf below, all raised on tapered legs. One generous drawer keeps the essentials close, and the lower shelf takes books, a basket or a small lamp. The same woven texture as the Evelyn Chest of Drawers brings the collection together in the bedroom. Discover more in our bedsides and drawers collection.
Dimensions
Will it fit? At 45cm wide it suits a double or king bed without crowding the room. At 50cm high it works best with lower beds and divans, sitting a little below the top of most standard mattresses, so check your mattress height before ordering.
Materials and finish
Made from aged oak and oak veneer in a warm, sandy tone, with a natural rattan lattice drawer front that catches the light across its weave.
The drawer runs on smooth wooden runners and has a grey painted interior, and the whole piece stands on slim tapered legs.
Care
Dust the oak with a soft dry cloth and the rattan with a soft brush. Wipe spills straight away with a barely damp cloth, then dry, and keep the rattan dry.
Use coasters under drinks and lamps, avoid harsh cleaners and polishes, and keep it away from radiators and direct sunlight.
Styling and pairs well with
Pair it with the matching Evelyn Chest of Drawers from our bedsides and drawers collection for a coordinated bedroom, and use two either side of a bed from our beds collection.
Top it with a small lamp from our lighting collection and tuck a basket onto the lower shelf.
