The bobbin-turned legs and pilasters are the Antoine Sideboard's most distinctive quality - the pilasters in particular add a vertical decorative element to the front of the piece that gives it a genuinely architectural presence that most sideboards lack. Combined with the turned legs and the traditional round knob handles on the drawers, the front of this piece rewards close inspection in a way that a plain-fronted sideboard cannot. The limewash finish on the premium oak solids and veneers brings the soft, weathered tone of the collection - warm, muted, and beautifully in harmony with linen, ceramic and natural wood accessories.
