Will it fit? At 40 × 30cm each mat takes a standard 27cm dinner plate, with room at the sides for cutlery. Allow around 60cm of table width per place setting, and order two or more packs to set a full table.

Woven from natural rattan and finished in a soft white wash that keeps the look light while preserving the warmth of the rattan beneath.

The scalloped rectangle is larger than the Kempsford Round and shares the same finish, so the two mix easily across a longer table.

Brush off crumbs and wipe with a barely damp cloth, then leave to dry flat. Do not soak or put them in the dishwasher.

As a natural material, rattan varies slightly in tone and weave from mat to mat. Use a trivet under very hot dishes, and keep the mats dry and away from direct heat.
