Frame: solid oak in a natural finish, with round tapered legs, a clean rectangular seat frame and a lower stretcher rail that braces the frame and makes a rest for shoes.

Seat: natural rope, hand-woven in a traditional Danish-cord style with strands running in alternating directions. Each seat is woven by hand, so small variations in tension and tone are part of the piece. Indoor use.

The rope softens slightly with use, and the oak and natural fibre develop a patina over time, becoming more characterful rather than less.
