Will it fit? The 85 by 60cm portrait format suits a wall with some breathing room. Above a bed, sofa or chest, aim for the frame to span around two thirds of the furniture width, with the bottom edge 20 to 25cm above it.

A monochrome ink wash print of a classical pose: the figure from behind, head turned and hair gathered up, drawn in loose, confident lines with visible brush marks and splatters that give it movement.

A generous white mount and a slim black frame keep the focus entirely on the artwork, with glass to the front.

Dust the frame and glass with a soft, dry cloth. For the glass, use a barely damp microfibre cloth and avoid spraying cleaner directly, as overspray can mark the mount. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect the ink tones and mount.

Always hang using fixings suited to your wall type. For a piece this size, two hooks placed roughly 30cm apart give the most stable hang.
