Handcrafted from reclaimed elm, a dense hardwood with a tight, interlocking grain that resists knife marks and keeps a smooth surface. Recovered timber brings depth of tone and character that new wood cannot match.

Natural variation in grain and tone means every board is unique.

Hand wash only. Do not submerge or put in the dishwasher. Dry promptly after washing, and treat occasionally with a food-safe wood oil to keep the surface and grain at their best.

Load it with a crusty loaf, a wedge of cheese and a scattering of figs for relaxed entertaining, or lean it against the splashback beside a stoneware crock when not in use. It suits farmhouse, rustic, coastal and contemporary kitchens.
