The Aruba — a substantial four-door sideboard in solid bayur and mindi wood with a soft greige-washed finish, woven rattan panels framed across all four door fronts and side panels, and sculptural rattan-wrapped handles capped in matte black metal. The Aruba brings the kind of cabinetry detail that lifts a sideboard above standard solid-fronted alternatives — each of the four door fronts is built around a finely woven rattan cane panel framed by a hardwood border, and the same rattan panelling continues across both side panels of the cabinet, the same surface vocabulary as mid-century Hans Wegner cane-front cabinets and the contemporary tropical-modern furniture of brands like Soane Britain and Pierre Yovanovitch. Solid bayur and mindi hardwood form the structural frame, with a soft greige-brown wash that lets the natural grain show through across the top, sides and door surrounds — quietly cool in tone rather than the warm honey-brown that typifies most rattan-front cabinetry. The handles are the considered finishing detail: long cylindrical pulls wrapped in a tight diamond-pattern rattan, capped at top and bottom with matte black metal hardware.

The Aruba carries the rattan vocabulary all the way through to the handle itself, with a tightly woven cylindrical pull capped neatly in matte black metal where it meets the hand — a small detail, but the kind that elevates the piece from "rattan cabinet with handles" into something fully resolved. The rattan panels also wrap around to the side panels of the cabinet, so the piece reads as designed in the round rather than from the front only — useful when the sideboard sits free-standing in an open-plan room rather than against a wall.
