Where do they work best?
Above a sideboard, console or sofa as a pair, on either side of a doorway, flanking a fireplace, or in a hallway gallery wall alongside other monochrome prints. The 70cm × 50cm format suits walls with a bit of breathing room — they don't compete well in tight, busy compositions.
Are they ready to hang?
Yes — both frames are supplied with fixings on the back ready for hanging. We'd recommend appropriate wall fixings for the surface (a single picture hook is usually sufficient for plasterboard or solid wall).
How should they be hung as a pair?
Hang side by side with roughly 5-10cm of wall between them, centred on the eye-line of an adult standing. If hanging above a piece of furniture, leave around 20-25cm between the top of the furniture and the bottom of the frames so the pair reads as connected to the piece below rather than floating.
How do I clean them?
Dust the frames and glass gently with a soft dry cloth. For the glass, a barely-damp microfibre cloth is sufficient — avoid spraying cleaners directly onto the glass, as overspray can mark the linen mount. Keep the prints out of direct, prolonged sunlight to preserve the photographic finish.
