The Oakridge — a substantial solid pine bed in a soft weathered finish, with a linen-upholstered headboard panel and two integrated storage drawers built into the footboard — a quietly architectural piece that anchors a bedroom without dominating it.
The Oakridge brings together the two materials that do the most work in a calm, well-considered bedroom — weathered solid pine with the saw-marks left visible on the grain, and a soft oatmeal linen-look upholstered panel set cleanly into the headboard frame. The pine has been finished to read as gently aged rather than raw or orange, sitting in that pale, lime-washed register that flatters white linen and warms cool stone equally. The upholstered inset softens what would otherwise be a heavy timber silhouette, giving you something comfortable to lean back against with a book — and quietening the visual weight of the headboard so the bed reads as restful rather than imposing.

The Oakridge is built around proper bedroom architecture rather than a flat panel on legs — chamfered corner posts, a moulded crown rail across the top of the headboard, and a footboard with two deep storage drawers integrated into the frame on antique brass knobs. The drawers are not an afterthought bolted underneath; they sit within the footboard itself, which means the bed keeps its grounded plinth-base proportions while giving you somewhere genuinely useful to put spare bedding, off-season throws or the things that otherwise live in a basket on the floor. Built from solid pine with pine veneer and plywood for the drawer carcasses — substantial enough to feel permanent, restrained enough to live with for a long time. Available in two sizes: King for most main bedrooms, Superking where the room and the moment allow it.
