Does it need any care?

Only an occasional dust. No watering, and keep it out of prolonged direct sun.

Can it go outside?

It is made for indoor use. A covered porch or conservatory is fine, but sustained UV and weather will fade and degrade the foliage.

Will every plant look identical?

No. Each pot is hand-aged, so the lime bloom varies slightly. Gently bend and arrange the stems on unboxing for the most natural shape.
