The Marlow is the round-back Louis chair, done the CharlesTed way. An oval, hand-woven rattan cane back framed in solid, limewashed birch, above a generously padded seat upholstered in natural linen. The distinctive medallion back is the chair's signature — open and airy, lightening the visual weight around a table — while the limewashed timber shows its grain through a soft, weathered finish. Delicate carved florets at the seat corners and turned, fluted legs complete the traditional French silhouette. Elegant yet relaxed and, usefully, stackable, it works beautifully as a set around a dining table and just as well as a single occasional chair at a desk, dressing table or in a hallway.
