Will it fit? Centre it around 145cm to 150cm from the floor. Above a sofa or console, leave 20cm to 25cm between the furniture and the bottom of the frame. It suits a two or three seater, a long hallway, a dining room or above the bed.

Hanging: hanging hardware is fitted. At 4.6kg, fix into a stud or use a rated plasterboard anchor rather than a picture hook. Hang as supplied, as the fixings are set for a defined top edge.

Stretched canvas with a genuinely textured, raised paint surface in moss, sage and olive over oat, blush and chalk white, with a small accent of red and fine charcoal linework. It sits in a slim solid pine floater frame in a pale natural finish, with a soft shadow line around the canvas.

Small variations in the paint surface are part of how each piece is made.

Dust with a dry, soft brush or cloth. Never use water, sprays or a damp cloth on the canvas. Avoid direct sunlight, and hanging above radiators, wood burners or in bathrooms, where heat and humidity can slacken the canvas.

It loves off-white, chalk and warm plaster walls, with sage and olive accents, linen, pale oak and rattan. For contrast, add antique brass, dark timber or terracotta. Avoid cool blue-grey walls, which can dull the blush tones.

Place a stoneware vessel from our pots and vases collection beneath, or real greenery from our potted plants and trees to one side.

Can I hang it in a bathroom?

We would not recommend it, as humidity can slacken the canvas.
